Leaflets

For this design, I borrowed the colors that were available in the actual project site. The location were naturally gifted with matured pine tress that littered the area with trunk-browns and greens that also filtered the air with their distinct aroma. Sporadic dashes of dahlias provide lively color variation. For this to be accomplished, I visited the place, take photos and linger for a moment.

This is a typical Tri-Fold Leaflet that were heavily utilized by Real Estate Developers and Land Develoment companies.
It is one of the marketing materials that they use to advertise their projects. And one of the cheapest too . . .

Peek Behind The Design

When we see a Brand, a Logo we rarely think of the design process that it has gone through.  Unless of course if you possess a 'keen eye' on visuals. It is so enlightening to peek into the background of what goes on behind the finished product and find the rationale and some justifications behind the design. It is also an exciting experience to know the designer's perspective on issues at hand and how he came up with the idea. On this blog, I will be searching those gems and try to present to you in a simple manner. A good resource for those just starting in graphics design this topic would become.
